PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an refrigerator/freezer capable of restraining cold gas from being leaked out of the cooling chamber. SOLUTION: This cooling storage is provided with a cooling storage main body 100 having a cooling chamber, a door 200 provided openably and closably with respect to an opening part of the cooling storage main body 100, a backface member 220 provided in a cooling chamber side of the door 200, the first packing 310 provided in a peripheral edge part of the door, and the second packing 320 provided engagedly with the backface member 220 in an inner circumferential side of the first packing 310, and a slit part 222 is provided along a circumferential direction of the backface member 220 to divide the backface member 220 into an inside and an outside in a portion engaged with the second packing 320.
