PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide footwear, allowing the aged who are mostly troubled about a decline in his strength of the lower half body with aging to simply continue exercise by standing on tiptoe because the exercise by standing on tiptoe is effective for preventing the incontinence of urine by training the sphincter. SOLUTION: This footwear includes: a footwear body formed in the shape of sandals or slippers, the base of which is flat; and a heel member removably fitted to the top face of the rear part of the body for supporting the heel of a user. As the heel member, two or more kinds of heel members different in height are provided, and any heel member can engage a projecting part provided on the base thereof with a recessed part provided on the top face of the rear part of the footwear body.
