PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood circulation enhancing apparatus which is simple in constitution and easy to handle, and which realizes a high blood circulation enhancing effect by warm/cold stimulations. SOLUTION: The blood circulation enhancing apparatus comprises: a bathtub 1 into which a part of the body can be inserted; a water storage tank 2; a warm mist generation means 3 for giving warm stimulations by warm mist to the part of the body inserted into the bathtub 1 by changing water inside the water storage tank 2 to the warm mist and supplying it into the bathtub 1; and an outdoor air introduction means 4 for giving cold stimulations to the part of the body inserted into the bathtub 1 by supplying outdoor air into the bathtub 1 by air supply or air discharge.
