[PROBLEMS] The conventional information processing device has a problem that it is impossible to easily extract a 3D target region from 3D voxel data for observation. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An information processing device contains a first slice information group which is a result of cutting out of 3D voxel information by using a first 3D region mask for cutting out 3D voxel information and which includes a plurality of slice information as a first slice information group. The information processing device receives an input for a second 3D region mask and acquires second mesh information constituting the second 3D region mask. According to the second mesh information, for each of slice information in the first slice information group, an inner region which is inside the second mesh information and an outer region which is outside the second mesh information are decided. The inner region and the outer region are visually distinguished from each other when the first slice information group is outputted. Thus, it is possible to easily extract a 3D target region from the 3D voxel data and observe it.
