<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cell preservation, by which, in order to prevent a cytoskeleton from being damaged by crystallization of water in cell freezing in a conventionally known method for frozen cell preservation, a cell such as hepatocyte is preserved in cold storage at a temperature not to crystalline water, for example, about 4 deg.C. SOLUTION: This method for cell preservation is characterized in that a enkephalin derivative is added to a cell culture solution. The cell is obtained by preservation in cold storage by this method. The cell is useful for cell transplantation. A cell preservative contains the enkephalin derivative. A preservative solution for cell (culture) contains the enkephalin derivative.</p> |
