<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantifying method capable of easily, safely and precisely analyzing the component of a sample having active metal such as an alloy for a rare earth metal-iron-boron based magnet or an alloy for a rare earth metal-lithium based secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: The component quantifying method for a sample having active metal pulverizes a sample having active metal such as rare earth metal, alkaline metal, alkaline earth metal, transition metal, etc., within a range of D50=10-40μm by diskmill-pulverizing and hydrogenation-pulverizing, etc., makes an analysis sample by pressure-molding and measures the analysis sample with fluorescent X ray method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
