The arrangement has seats (10) each with a horizontal base (14) and a backrest (20) which is mounted pivotably with respect to the base. Articulation units mount the seats on a floor pan (16) of a motor vehicle, and units (22) adjust the longitudinal position of each base in the cab interior. Each base is mounted to tilt with respect to the floor pan around a transversal axis (B) between a horizontal use position and a vertical storage position. Each seat is mounted on the floor pan via a platform (18) which carries the units (22). The platform has rear legs (26) and is fixed to each base.
