<p>A deflecting unit (150) deflects a light beam emitted by each of a plurality of light-beam emitting units (101) independently to scan surfaces of different bodies (2) to be scanned. Each of a plurality of light-receiving units (112, 115) receives the deflected light beam at a predetermined position in a direction of the deflection.
