<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy accumulation device reducible in running cost for maintaining the device. <P>SOLUTION: A power consumption detection part 31 detects power fed to an electric load 5 connected to the energy accumulation device 1. An accumulated energy amount operation part 33 obtains the amount of energy to be accumulated in a flywheel 13 (rotational speed of the flywheel 13) based on the power fed to the electric load 5 detected by the power consumption detection part 31. A power supply stop detection part 37 detects that power supply has actually stopped based on AC power fed from a commercial power supply 3. An energy accumulation control part 35 outputs a control signal to a converter/invert unit 17 so as to accumulate the amount of energy obtained by the accumulated energy amount operation part 33 by the flywheel 13 during the power feed stop detection part 37 does not detect the stop of the power supply. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
