<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce vibration when an engine is started while parking or stopped. <P>SOLUTION: It is determined whether a vehicle is parked or not by determining whether a brake pedal is stepped on (100) or a vehicle speed is lower than a prescribed value (102).
