<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a logic circuit in which power consumption becomes constant irrelevant to the output results, and an encryption device. <P>SOLUTION: The logic circuit has a signal line 51, a signal line 52, and an output circuit 34 to output on the basis of a voltage difference between the signal line 51 and the signal line 52. The logic circuit is provided with a pre-treating mode to connect a power supply 12 with the signal line 51 and the signal line 52, and an output mode to connect a power supply 11 with either of the signal line 51 and the signal line 52 and to be executed following the pre-treating mode.
