Provided is an air cleaning ozone generator to increase ozone content in indoor air and to thus purify and sterilize the air without destroying mineral contained in the air. The air cleaning ozone generator is constituted by an ozone generation unit(1); a pair of ozone circulating fans(3); a frame(5) for accommodating the ozone circulating fans(3); and a control unit(7) for selectively controlling power of the ozone circulating fans(3) and the ozone generation unit(1). The ozone generation unit(1) comprises a housing with a plurality of ozone vents(11); at least one ozone generation lamp(17) arranged in a matrix form at regular intervals; an intake/exhaust fan(15) for exhausting ozone air to the outside of the housing; and a preprocessing filter(13) for removing foreign substances from air.
