A composition comprising at least one polar and one apolar thermoplastic polymer and a compatibilizing agent comprising at least one group of polar units and one group of apolar unit respectively compatible with the polymers which comprises the product of hot mixing, in the presence of a crosslinking system, of the compatibilizing agent and the polymers in such a way that only the compatibilizer is crosslinked.
