The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a flexible wear-resistant part (1,10) of layered polyurethane. The method comprises the steps of pouring into a mould for the wear-resistant part a quantity of polyurethane of a first type (3) with a first hardness in order to form a first layer; allowing the first layer of polyurethane to cure for a certain time; pouring over the first layer of polyurethane a part of a quantity of polyurethane of a second type (2) with a second hardness which differs from the first hardness in order to form a part of a second layer; allowing the part of the second layer of polyurethane to cure for a certain time; pouring the rest of the quantity of polyurethane of the second type (2) over the part of the second layer in order to complete the second layer; and allowing curing of the moulded wear-resistant part.
