PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete structure FRP reinforcing method for reinforcing a concrete structure capable of shortening the period of a construction work by a simplified work method and of sufficiently reducing the construction cost while providing a sufficient strength and improving fatigue life. SOLUTION: In the FRP reinforcing method for the concrete structure, cut grooves (3) are formed on the concrete surface (1) along the steel bars (2) to a depth which does not expose the steel bars (2), the reinforcing bars fiber- reinforced plastic fibers having the modulus of elasticity of 100 to 1,000 GPa are arranged in the cut grooves (3) as additional reinforcing bars (4), and resin mortar (5) is placed in the cut grooves (3).
