Provided are a radish beverage, which contains no chemicals such as preservatives, has a large amount of dietary fiber, is superior in preference, storage, and marketability, and contributes to an increase of farmer's income, and a manufacturing method thereof. The radish beverage comprises a radish extract 10wt%, a crown daisy extract 10wt%, a melon extract 6wt%, a pear extract 2wt%, vitamin C 0.5wt%, citric acid 0.1wt%, fructose 5wt%, oligosaccharide 2wt%, and water. The method for manufacturing a radish beverage comprises the steps of: cutting a radish, a crown daisy, and a melon into fine pieces and grinding the respective pieces to obtain juices, respectively; double-boiling the obtained juices at 90-100‹C for 5-10 minutes and performing filtration to obtain the respective extracts; adding a crown daisy extract, a melon extract, and a pear extract to a radish extract to prepare a first mixture; adding vitamin C, citric acid, fructose, and oligosaccharide to the first mixture to prepare a second mixture; and sterilizing the second mixture.
