<p>It is known to trim aircraft landing gear bogies using a pitch trimmer. This invention provides an aircraft (1) having an aircraft landing gear (3), the aircraft landing gear comprising an arm (13), a leg (5) and a bogie (11) at the lower end of the leg. The bogie (11) is moveable in a direction along the length of the leg (5) and pivotable between a trimmed deployed position and a stowable position. The arm (13) is mounted on the landing gear and is rotatable between a first position in which the bogie (11) is positioned in the trimmed deployed position and a second position in which the bogie is positioned in the stowable position. Movement of the arm (13) is effected by a positioning rotorary actuator, which is not located in the primary or secondary load paths.</p> |
