<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method in which superior repetition characteristics in a system where a specified electric charge transporting material having relatively high sensitivity is used in combination with an antioxidant are retained and the deterioration of image quality caused in combination with a polymerized toner, e.g. the occurrence of black spots and image blur is prevented and to provide an electrophotographic image forming apparatus and a process cartridge. SOLUTION: The image forming method uses an electrophotographic photoreceptor whose photosensitive layer contains a bonding resin, an electric charge transporting material of formula (1) and an antioxidant and a toner produced by passing resin particles obtained by polymerizing a polymerizable monomer in an aqueous medium through steps in which the resin particles are salted out of the aqueous medium in the presence of an anionic surfactant, flocculated and fused. The toner contains 1-1,000 ppm anionic surfactant and 250-20,000 ppm di- or trivalent metal ions used as a flocculant.</p> |
