A push-lock switch having a torsion spring is provided to reduce manufacturing processes and parts without a plate spring by inserting the torsion spring into a moving groove. A case(120) receives a moving block(110). The moving block(110) is received to the case(120) and moves upward/downward. A pressing spring is interposed between the moving block(110) and the case(120), and presses the moving block(110) upward. A contact piece(140) is fixed on the moving block(110), and is contacted or separated with/from a terminal(111) of the case(120). A lock unit(150) locks or unlocks the moving block(110) by blocking an upward movement of the moving block(110). The terminal(111) is insert-injection molded to the case(120). A protrusion unit(200) forms an L shaped groove(151) on a lower part of the moving block(110), and is protruded to the L shaped groove(151). A moving groove(251) is formed differently on a left side surface(250) and a right side surface(210). A left end of torsion spring(153) and a right end of torsion spring(155) are inserted into the moving groove(251) to generate a torsion stress on a torsion spring(153). A lower end of the torsion spring(153) is connected to the case(120). A hanging piece of a protrusion shape is protruded on one side surface of the moving block(110). A slot(147) is formed on the case(120) to guide the hanging piece.
