A color conductive sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have various colors and to simultaneously maintain the conductivity. A predetermined amount of carbon is mixed into an aqueous resin and the aqueous mixing resin is passed through a roller and the like so that a conductive orignal sheet(10) is manufactured as a base. In oder to implement a specific color, the color dyes(20), for example, a color paint with a proper amount is poured into to the conductive original sheet. A knife(30) moves along the surface thereof and then the color dyes is coated on the surface of the conductive orignal paper at the state that the knife(30) is contacted with the surface of the conductive original sheet.
