A radiographic examination apparatus is provided to adhere a cassette having a film between screen papers to an object to be examined closely and naturally by using a synthetic resin or a rubber plate having flexibility at a rear side. In a radiographic examination apparatus(100), a radiation transmission device identifies internal defects of objects by transmitting radiation to the objects. A film is exposed by the radiation transmitting the object. A film cassette for exposure contains a thin screen paper adhered to both sides of the film. A shielding pocket(110) into which the thin screen paper or a lead plate is inserted is formed in a rectangular shape to support a bottom of the film cassette. A lateral side support unit(200) inserts a permanent magnet(121) thereinto at regular intervals, and is installed on both sides of the shielding pocket with a height of the film cassette. A transparent film(10) functions as a cover to surround an upper part of the film cassette.
