A measuring apparatus is provided to measure thermal properties, flux, pressure, speed, or acceleration of a sample of a small amount or measure a part of a specific portion. In a measuring apparatus, a dot temperature sensor(20) has a pointed end, and measures a temperature of an object. A laser(10) heats the pointed end of the dot temperature sensor by irradiating a laser beam. An optical member is arranged between the laser and the dot temperature sensor. A measuring unit is connected with the dot temperature sensor electrically, and detects and measures a signal of the dot temperature sensor. A signal generating unit is connected with the measuring unit, and provides the measuring unit with a reference signal. The object is a fluid. The optical member includes an optical lens(31).
