A height adjustable manhole structure and a constructing method thereof are provided to preclude the finishing material installed around the manhole structure from being damaged by varying the shape of the manhole body and preventing the manhole structure from being moved due to the load of the manhole structure. A height adjustable manhole structure comprises a height compensating ring(20) mounted on the upper side of a slab(200) connected to the water supply and drainage pipes and formed with a hollow part inside; a manhole body(10) placed at the upper side of the height compensating ring and formed with the same inner peripheral surface as the hollow part; a height variable ring(30) installed at the opening of the manhole body; a manhole cover(40) placed on the height variable ring; and plural support bodies(15) formed on the outer peripheral surface of the manhole body. The manhole body contains a support part formed on the outer peripheral surface of the lower end. |
