A sweeping winch is provided to prevent malfunction of a motor by winding a rope or releasing the rope without stopping the motor. A sweeping winch includes a motor(10), a main rotary shaft(20), a drum member(30), a plurality of clutch members(40), a plurality of band brake members, and a rope member. The main rotary shaft is rotated by rotation of the motor. The drum member is engaged with the main rotary shaft, and includes a plurality of drums(31,33,35) rotated by rotation of the main rotary shaft. The plurality of clutch members is engaged with the main rotary shaft by a bearing to transmit and blocks rotation of the main rotary shaft. The plurality of band brake members is engaged with the drum member to block rotation of the drum member. The rope member is wound on the drum, and has a blade for cutting an object at predetermined intervals. The drum member includes first, second and third drums rotated by the main rotary shaft. |
