发明名称 POROSITY DEFECT PREDICTION METHOD OF CAST
摘要 A method for predicting porosity defects of a casting is provided to predict locations of porosity defects more accurately by numerically analyzing a flow field considering the interaction between air and molten metal and converting pores into markers, thereby tracking the markers. A method for predicting porosity defects of a casting comprises: an analysis step(S10) of numerically analyzing the state and the change of a flow field using a computer program; a marker conversion step(S20) of converting pores formed in the casting into markers; and a tracking step(S30) of tracking the markers to predict locations at which porosity defects are generated, wherein the marker conversion step is carried out by converting the pores into the markers when the pores have a predetermined internal pressure or more and a predetermined volume or less. The analysis step is performed by a two-phase flow numerical analysis method using a transfer process of a pressure applied to reciprocal liquid phase and gas phase. The analysis step, the marker conversion step and the tracking step are repeatedly conducted in real-time.
