A telescopic conveyor having a power supplying unit is provided to install an illumination light and electric devices by mounting the power supplying unit, thereby stably supplying power. A telescopic conveyor having a power supplying unit includes a base conveyor(10), an intermediate shrinkable conveyor, an outermost shrinkable conveyor, a conductive rail, and a power supplying unit. The intermediate shrinkable conveyor and the outermost shrinkable conveyor are connected to the base conveyor to be introduced and discharged by a shrinkable drive unit. The conductive rail is installed at one side of the conveyor. The power supplying unit has a conductive slider in slide contact with the conductive rail to supply power to the shrinkable conveyor through the conductive rail. The telescopic conveyor further includes a resilient member installed between the slider and the conveyor.
