There is provided a mobile terminal having the TV function and capable of eliminating conflict of the TV broadcast reserved view with another operation mode such as mail creation, reproduction of a recorded program, and use of telephone and realizing simple operation. The mobile terminal includes a reservation storage unit (111) for holding the time to start the TV program display as view reservation; and a control unit (122) for performing control to start the TV program display at the aforementioned time and judging the current operation mode of the mobile terminal device.
