COOLING TOWER WITH NOISEPROOF CASING

A cooling tower with noiseproof casings is provided to couple corner parts and plane parts of casings tightly and have simplified structure with reduced supporting elements, thereby reducing vibration and noise while improving appearance of the casings. A cooling tower with noiseproof casings includes side and upper casings(10a) formed with inner and outer plates, wherein the side and upper casings are provided with corner coupling units(30) having corner coupling elements and corner fastening elements; and plane surface coupling units(60) having plane surface coupling elements and plane surface fastening elements. The corner coupling elements has a pair of sealing parts facing outer surfaces of the side casings and is formed with head groove bolt holes in the center of the sealing parts by a predetermined interval. The corner fastening element has a pair of close contact parts at both sides facing the sealing parts and is formed with bolt holes in the center of the close contact parts by a predetermined interval. The plane surface coupling part has a sealing part receiving an end of the side casing and facing an outer surface of the side casing, and head groove bolt holes in the center of the sealing part by a predetermined interval. The plane surface fastening element has a close contact part facing the sealing part and is formed with bolt holes in the center by a predetermined interval.
