A servo press apparatus using a link mechanism is provided to improve the quality of a product by providing the servo press apparatus using the link mechanism easily controlling a position and reducing an error. A servo press apparatus using a link mechanism comprises a driving unit(1), a power transmission unit(2), a power conversion section(3), a link connection section(4), and a ram(5). The driving unit includes a small timing pulley connected to a shaft of a driving motor and a large timing pulley moved in connection with the rotation of the small timing pulley. The power transmission unit includes a pinion and a main gear. The power conversion unit includes a screw and a bracket. The link connection unit includes a fixing link(41), a first link(43), a second link(45), a lift link, and an operation link. The ram is fixed to the lower end of the lift link of the link connection section and an upper mold is mounted to a lower portion of the ram so as to be moved upward and downward by a guide rail.
