A whole body sporting instrument is provided to strengthen exercise effect on user's upper and lower bodies using a lower body vibration portion and an upper body vibration portion. The whole body sporting instrument includes a lower body vibration portion(10) and an upper body vibration portion(20). The lower body vibration portion has a first motor engaged to an inner portion of a foot plate(310), a coupling ring and an inserting member of a main shaft engaged to a drive shaft of the motor, and a collecting rod and a main shaft holder fastened to an eccentric shaft of the main shaft. The upper body vibration portion has a second motor engaged to an inner portion of a controller(330), a drive shaft of the second motor connected to a drive pulley of a handle shaft by a v-belt, and a grip engaged to an eccentric disk.
