PERSONAL PORTABLE DEVICE FOR COMPENSATING ERROR OF SWITCHING SPECTRUM

A personal portable terminal for compensating an error of a switching spectrum is provided to use a load charge unit to operate an SMPL/RTC unit even when a user replaces a battery or removes the battery for a long time, thereby preventing the instability of input power applied to a power amplifier and applying power for implementing the SMPL/RTC unit of the terminal with only a single power source without a special power source. A personal portable terminal for compensating an error of a switching spectrum comprises the followings: an amplification transmitting unit(20) which generates and outputs a signal for wireless communication; an SMPL/RTC(Sudden Momentary Power Loss/Real Time Clock) unit(40) which maintains information set to the terminal during power-off and generates a RTC for the maintenance of the information; a load charge unit(30) which outputs charged power after charging the output voltage of a battery; and an automatic switching unit(50) which controls that the charge voltage of the load charge unit(30) is selectively applied to the amplification transmitting unit(20) and the SMPL/RTC unit(40) according to the on/off state of power.
