A portable mobile communication terminal capable of sliding and rotating is provided to restrain and guide a slide member through a sliding guide slot and a rotary guide slot without a special hinge device to slide a display unit, thereby simplifying the structure and reducing weight. A body(200) has a slide member(220) which is fixed in up and down directions in both sides of the upper part of a side facing a display unit(100). The display unit(100) has a sliding guide slot, which is formed in the up and down direction in both sides of the side facing the body(200) to receive and guide the slide member(220) when the display unit(100) slides, and a rotary guide slot, which is formed with a circular arc shape having a regular curvature centering around a rotary center to receive and guide the slide member(220) when the display unit(100) rotates.
