A tire lifting basket unit is provided to reduce a tire clamping error by improving the power clamping a tire with a front tire guider and to prevent a scar from being generated on a wheel by interposing a contact pad on a inside surface of the front tire guider. A tire lifting basket unit comprises a basket frame(3) installing plural rollers along the longitudinal direction; front and rear tire guiders(5) respectively mounted at the front and the rear of the basket frame; a bearing unit(9) mounted at the center and both ends of the basket frame; a rotary shaft(11) penetrating the bearing unit; a connection bracket(13) fixing the front tire guider to the rotary shaft; a pinion(15) mounted at one side of the rotary shaft; a forward and reverse cylinder(17) facing the front side at one side of the basket frame; and a rack bar(21) interlocking with the pinion at a front end of an operating rod.
