An insulation heater jacket is provided to improve convenience by separately exchanging a required part through the attachment and detachment structure. An insulation heater jacket includes an insulation jacket(20), and a heating unit(10). The heating unit(10) of a sheet shape has a heating body embedded in a flexible mat having higher thermal conductivity than the insulation jacket(20). The insulation jacket(20) is located outside the heating unit(10), and has a cylindrical hollow structure. An incision line is formed along a lengthwise direction on a circumference of the insulation jacket(20) having both ends. The insulation jacket(20) is made of an elastic material having lower conductivity than the flexible mat. The insulation jacket(20) blocks heat radiated from the heating unit(10). The insulation jacket(20) is attached to the heating unit(10) or detached from the heating unit.
