摘要 A friction pressure-type fixing device and a method of reinforcing a building using the same are provided to maximize the reinforcing effect and improve structural stability of the fixing device by obliquely forming the lower surface of the lower mounting part and securing the friction bearing force. A friction pressure-type fixing device introduces tensile force and reinforces a building(200) by using a mounting device(430) at the outside of the building and stretching/mounting a tendon(121). A lower mounting part of the fixing device enlarges the embedded section area by increasing the size and is thinly embedded from the ground by reducing the embedded depth. The friction bearing force occurs to the building by obliquely forming the lower surface of the lower mounting part. The bearing force occurs to the building by placing as the tendon of the upper mounting part integrally formed with the lower mounting part is separated from the mounting device and obliquely placed.
