A massage appliance is provided to improve acupressure performance regardless of a user's physical condition by an adjusting member formed on a body and connecting member. The massage appliance includes hook shape bodies(10a,10b) engaged to both sides of a connecting member(50) and having acupressure members(20a,20b). The connecting member has an operation converting member(51) for fixing a pivoted state of the body and connecting member. The acupressure member has engaging portions integrally formed with acupressure ball(21a,21b) for detaching the acupressure member from the bodies. Mounting holes(30a,30b) are formed on rounded portions(11a,11b) for installing an additional function of the acupressure member.
