A window glass lifting device is provided to prevent a window glass from getting eccentric and to prevent noise from generating by additionally forming a fixing holder on the window glass when the window glass lifts. A window glass lifting device comprises a guide rail(130) vertically installed on an inner surface of a door; a carrier(140) supporting a lower end of a window glass, and moving along the guide rail; a regulator(150) driving the carrier; and a fixing holder(170) fixed to an upper rear end of the window glass, and installed to slide into engagement with the window frame. The guide rail is vertically fixed only to a rear end of the inner surface of the door.
