A massage transmitting and calling method using a wire/wireless terminal and a computer is provided to enable a caller to transmit a text or voice message to fixed receivers in bulk by using the wired/wireless terminal or the computer, and offer a function for converting text into voice, recording/transmitting the voice, and outputting the male or female voice by discriminating gender of the caller. A user is registered and authenticated by connecting to a message service site of a message service provider(S10). The user selects message transmission contents or call connection contents provided from the message service site(S20). If the message transmission contents are selected, the user makes the message and inputs a phone number of the receiver(S31). The user selects desired music or records the voice(S32). The text message is converted into the voice message according to a user request(S33). The user selects instant or reserved transmission of the processed message(S34). If a transmission mode is selected, the message is transmitted to the wired/wireless terminal or a fax machine of the fixed receiver according to the selected transmission mode(S35).
