The retractor has an elongated body (11) with a distal end (13) having a terminal support point (15) on femoral condylar walls. The point delimits a femoral intercondylar space (3D) of a knee (1) and a wing (18) extending laterally projecting from the end to form a frontal push surface (18a), along mediolateral direction, of a part (5A) of tendon of quadriceps (5) containing a patella (2), when the points are in support in the intercondylar space.
