A partition protecting a driver of a vehicle is provided to reduce the danger of an accident by preventing an end portion of a glass from hitting a frame or a fixing part due to insertion of a rubber member. A partition protecting a driver of a vehicle comprises a glass(100), an upper fixing section(200), and a lower fixing section(300). The upper fixing section includes a frame and a holder section. The frame includes a first recess section to insert and support the glass. The holder section is engaged with a destination included at an upper portion of the vehicle to support an upper portion of the glass by inserting the frame into a fixing hole and fixing the frame to the fixing hole. The lower fixing section is installed in an instrument panel in the vehicle and supports a lower portion of the glass by inserting the lower portion of the glass into a second recess section. The glass is inserted into and engaged with a first rubber member when the glass is engaged with the first recess section of the frame.
