The device has a sleeve (2) made of a flexible and heat insulating material e.g. fabric, presenting elastic characteristics. The material presents different impermeability, absorption, transpiration and heat conservation qualities. The sleeve has, at the ends, elastic puckers (20, 21) to narrow the openings. The sleeve has longitudinal and transversal dimensions chosen to cover a hand of a user (3) when the user holds a racket (4). The sleeve has a longitudinal slit to allow the passage of the other hand of the user.
