摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# A temperature-exchanging element comprises a single-piece base (1) having an external face provided with guide rails (3) for receiving radiation fins (2a-2k), and an inner face provided with integration mechanism(s) (5, 6) for integrating a heating and/or heat conducting element. The reception and integration mechanisms are made during extrusion of the base. The temperature-exchanging element may incorporate an electrical heating element in the form of a flat, flexible composite material able to mold itself to the inner face of the base. #CMT# : #/CMT# Independent claims are included for: (1) manufacture of temperature exchanging element by extruding a first profile part to make the base able to receive a heating and/or heat conducting element and incorporating guide rails; cutting the first profile part to the required length; extruding second profile part(s) to make radiation fins one of which has edges with a section matching that of the guide rails in the base; cutting the fins according to the dimensions of the base and inserting the fins into the guide rails; (2) a temperature control device; (3) a radiation module; (4) manufacture of a radiation module; (5) a towel, linen, or other textile warmer or dryer; (6) an air conditioner for a dwelling, vehicle, or aircraft; and (7) a solar energy collection device. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# For use in radiation module, dryer, air conditioner, or solar energy collection device. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The temperature-exchanging element provides very good heat conductivity, has a large exchange area, enables low temperature difference between the temperature source of production and source of use, can be manufactured to specific dimensions, shape and appearance at low cost, is simple and rapid to assemble, and enables radiation to be both vertical and horizontal by 180[deg], thus evenly distributing the radiant heat. The use of low power flexible composite heating material bonded to rear part of the temperature-exchanging element enables the temperature of heat production source to be limited to a reduced level. The temperature-exchanging element enables a room to be heated through dissipation of radiation energy at temperature difference of 8[deg]C. The reduction of temperature difference improves efficiency and reduces energy consumption. The temperature-exchanging element enables the use of small thickness of metal, inducing the immediate transfer of heat by conduction and eliminating thermal inertia.
