摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# The method involves sampling acquisition data at an imperfect sampling frequency (FE) so as to form a series of sampled and dated data (E-k), where the sampling frequency is provided by a local clock (100). A satellite-based positioning system (200) is turned on so as to perform gauging of the clock for measuring frequency error of the clock by determining sampling dates according to a universal time (UTC-t). The system is turned off once the gauging has been performed and is maintained in the off state for duration of validity of the gauging. The sampled and dated data is corrected. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a data acquisition apparatus comprising an analog-digital converter. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for acquiring seismic data within a wireless data acquisition network for seismic application. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The satellite-based positioning system is maintained in the off state for the validity duration of the gauging in order to ensure energy saving. The local clock is inexpensive and does not require a syntonization device.
