A torque converter structure having a hysteresis torque control function is provided to adjust a hysteresis torque value by using a frictional material attached on a hook whose end is bent. A damper spring(6) is arranged along a circumference of a lock-up clutch(5) at regular intervals. A spring support(8) having an incision toward a turbine(4) is installed between the damper springs. A hook is fixed at the turbine and then inserted into the incision section of the spring support. The hook alleviates impact that is generated upon being locked-up. A friction material(22) is attached on an end of the hook and tightly coupled to a surface of the spring support to generate friction force upon being locked-up.
