A drum-type washing machine combination washing and drying is provided to minimize a hot-wind loss in drying the laundry by forming a rib on a tub for guiding hot air flowing between the tub and a drum, and to thereby improve drying efficiency of the washing machine. A drum-type washing machine combination washing and drying comprises: a tub(65) installed in a cabinet(50); a drum(70) installed in the tub; a drying duct(120) having a heater(110) and a blowing fan(115) inside to supply hot wind into the inside of the drum; and a hot-wind inducing tool(150) formed at the inner side of the tub so as to lead hot wind exhausted between the tub and the drum from a drying unit into the drum. The hot-wind inducing tool is a rib shaped as a ring on the inner peripheral wall side of the tub, wherein the rib is positioned separately from the outer wall surface of the drum to a predetermined distance.
