A baby carriage is provided to safely protect a head of a baby in the same and let users easily adjust a head rest part. A baby carriage includes a seat section and a body frame. The seat section includes a seat(101), a back supporting part(102), a head rest part(104), and a pair of side surface parts(103). The seat, the back supporting parts, the head rest part, and the side surface parts of the seat part are integrally formed. The seat part is installed in the body frame. Both side surfaces of the head rest part are attached and detached to and from one side of the upper end of the side surface part by an attachment unit. A bonding part is installed so that the head rest part and the side surface part are spread in a fan-like shape about the lower end of the head rest part. The attachment unit is a slide fastener.
