The hinge has an angle iron (2) comprising a vertical branch (21) with a detachment part (210) between its ends (211, 212) for forming an interval with respect to a surface of a casement. A rider (4) has a body (41) with a thread receiving a screw (5) permitting to lock an assembly formed by the vertical branch, a foot (31) of a node and the rider, when the hinge is installed and adjusted. The assembly is maintained by locking of the screw, after the foot is placed. Orifices (44) provided in the body receive screws or rivets for integrating the assembly after its adjustment.
