The clasp has a flat base (25) with two projecting elements (26, 27) engaging in nearby two longitudinal grooves (16) of a transversal plate (10) for immobilizing the clasp on the plate. The base is prolonged at an end side (28) by a buckle (29) to surround and immobilize cables or tubes (2) by applying the cables or tubes against the buckle. The buckle has a terminal part provided with a closure unit (30) for fixing the buckle on an edge (31) of the base.
