摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric porcelain composition with high strength, where capacitive temperature characteristic satisfies the X8R characteristic of the EIA standards, firing can be performed in a reduction atmosphere and IR temperature dependency is improved. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric porcelain composition comprises a main component containing barium titanate, a first auxiliary component containing at least one kind selected from among MgO, CaO, BaO and SrO, a second auxiliary component containing silicon oxide as a main component, a third auxiliary component containing at least one kind selected from among V<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>, MoO<SB>3</SB>and WO<SB>3</SB>, a fourth-a auxiliary component containing Sc, Er, Tm, Yb or an oxide and a fifth auxiliary component containing at least one kind selected from among BaZrO<SB>3</SB>, SrZrO<SB>3</SB>and MgZrO<SB>3</SB>. The ratio of each auxiliary component relative to 100 mole of the main component is 0.1-3 mole for the first auxiliary component, 2-10 mole for the second auxiliary component, 0.01-0.5 mole for the third auxiliary component, 0.5-7 mole in terms of R1 for the fourth-a auxiliary component and 0.5-5 mole for the fifth auxiliary component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
