<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap which has low cost and high productivity, and to provide a container including the cap. <P>SOLUTION: The container 10 includes the cap 12 and a container main body 14. The cap 12 is formed of a cylindrical cap main body 16, a cover 18 covering one end of the cap main body 16, and a hinge 20 connecting between the cap main body 16 and the cover 18. The cap main body 16 has an outer cylinder 24 and a top plate 28, and the outer cylinder 24 has a movable piece 34 formed on a side surface thereof in a rockable manner. The cap main body 16 has an energizing member 76 formed thereon, which is obtained by cutting and erecting an upper surface of the top plate 28. The cover 18 is fixed to the cap main body 16 in a manner being openably energized by the energizing member 76 by engaging a first engaging portion 36 of the movable piece 34 with a second engaging portion 74 of the cover 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
